Fruit: all of them. Seriously. I can only think of one fruit I'm not too keen on (pawpaw). The rest I'm happy to eat buckets of.

Veggies: Most of them. At the moment eggplant is my favourite. I slice it into 1cm thick sections then brush it with a little miso paste and grill it. Sooooo yummy as a snack.

Can't beat cherries. :D I bought a weirdo cherry stoner when I was living in Germany many years ago and I love punching the stones out of the fruit with it (but the juice sprays everywhere and I don't always get all the stones out - crunch!). With vaalia yoghurt, cherries are fantastic.

Sweet potato as a mash with skim milk and nutmeg (ok no lies - and a tiny bit of butter) is pretty good too.

Hello everyone,

I am not really into eating fruit and veggies. Even as a small kid, I never enjoyed it and I was never disciplined to eat them too. But now, I realized that eating fruits and vegetables can really help me achieve a healthy living.

Do you guys know of certain fruits and vegetables that doesn't taste so awful? I would want to start with them. I need your help.

Thanks

Jean

Probably easier to name the ones I DON'T like.
Hubby calls me a fruit bat because I love fruit so much and since I grew up in a vegetarian house, I love most vegies too. There's only a few things I don't particularly love (provided they aren't cooked really badly - any food can be destroyed by a world class crap cook), and nothing I can think of that I won't eat.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I would have to say my favorite fruit are grapes...I usually eat them every day. They are just so addicting! As for vegetables I would have to say broccoli. I like to sneak a little cheese on their ever now and then.

Don't tell anyone!
