Hello All members.
I am wanting to know if i could get a little help in organizing my Food for the day
I am 160cms and 79.6 at the moment.1320cals a day.
109g Protein, 33g Fat, 137gCarbs.
I would love someone to give me a menu plan to follow to learn, so i know if im getting the right amounts.
I never realized i was eating so much Carbs and less protein .
Also being 50yrs old i suppose i should be able to know all of this but sadly i am not the best role model figure for the young of today ,
I need to get with a proper eating regime and not to snack on too high carbs and rubbish.
