Not sure need help

Postby springrainbow » Tue Oct 07, 2008 3:50 pm

Hello All members.
I am wanting to know if i could get a little help in organizing my Food for the day
I am 160cms and 79.6 at the moment.1320cals a day.
109g Protein, 33g Fat, 137gCarbs.
I would love someone to give me a menu plan to follow to learn, so i know if im getting the right amounts.
I never realized i was eating so much Carbs and less protein .
Also being 50yrs old i suppose i should be able to know all of this but sadly i am not the best role model figure for the young of today ,
I need to get with a proper eating regime and not to snack on too high carbs and rubbish.
Thank you for listening to me and would look forward to some advise Thanks Springrainbow. :D

Sorry but I cannot give you that information. This whole diet thing can be very confusing, huh?

There's a FREE site called Spark People (can I write this here?) and they provide FREE meal plans and so forth. Maybe that site could help you.....

Good luck....let me know how you go, k? :D

Always eat protein/carbohydrate meals in the morning. Eat protein/ fat combination meals ( this means lesser or no carbohydrates) late in the afternoon or evening.

The only exception is if you normally exercise in the evening. Then your first meal after your workout should consist of protein and carbohydrates.

Don’t make the mistake of eating carbohydrate and fat together in the same meal.
