Red Rooster Good / Bad ?

Postby mythril_hawk » Sun Oct 12, 2008 7:17 pm

Ok, so we all know how devastating KFC is to any diet, but how about Red Rooster?

They have some nice chicken rolls etc but today I bought 2 whole chickens from them to use for chicken sandwiches etc at work, is a whole chicken from Red Rooster safe for the diet? (Taking the skin off ofcorse)

I worked in a deli a few years back and have been turned off bbq chickens ever since, when the chickens come in from the supplier they are already injected with fat which melts down when the chicken cooks, so there is oil and fat all through them. As nice as they taste i can't eat them any more.
