Hi All.
Just wondering, I have organized a worksheet for myself,and was checking the sugar amount in grams.
It worked out over the 3 meals and 2 snacks yesterday as 50.1 gram.
Is that toohigh in a days meal plan.
Also the carb intake was about 190 for day as well .
My Cals are 1350 all up in a day.
Is there any where that you can find how much sugar your allowed in one day in Cal king or another site.

Thanks springrainbow :D , there is inspiration abound in here :) .

Before long you will have your own story of inspiration to offer :D .

I just did some googling on the rda for sugar and it seems that Australia doesn't have one but US guidelines advise a maximum of 40g refined sugar for every 2000 calories consumed. This equates to 8 percent of calories.

I don't know if that helps much.

Thanks Shalimar for doing that . I guess as long as its natural sugar in your foods that you eat its good .
But keeping away from pastry, white bread ,big serves of pasta and rice.
Pasta -rice is good only in 100g serves. Cheers C :D
