Ok ... so here's my little saga !
Today is weigh in, and I jumped on the scales last night right before I went to bed to get a sneak peak of what I should be expecting today.. yes I know its bad, but hey, Im only human ! Last nights weigh in ( after I had eaten, and completely naked ) I weighed in at 171.2. I was ecstatic as I knew I always lose a couple of grams overnight and was aiming at the 170's for this morning !
Enter this mornings events .....
Woke up, did my usual routine for weigh in, jumped on the scales and ..... 174.8 ! How is it physically possible to put on 3.6kgs over night ?!?!!? I jumped on the scales a couple of times and nope there you had it 174.8....I was in denial, so I shot over to mums and jumped on her scales and there you had it 174.8
How is this physically possible ?
