fell off the wagon, but I'm back now!

Postby linda » Mon May 22, 2006 7:43 pm

I don't really know what happened, I was going so well, but in February for one reason or another I just stopped exercising. Then when Easter came I was starting to feel guilty while eating my chocky bunnies and the last few weeks I have been saying to myself if I keep this up I will put the weight all back on over winter. So I hopped on the scales this morning and to my surprise I had not put any weight on 86.5kg, so thats it I decided time to get motivated! And although I had to really force myself to go for a walk this evening in this cooler weather, I did do it, then my usual routine on the home gym, I just have to keep myself motivated now to do it more than once every three months!
