Yay I am so proud of myself after weighing 72.5kg fo a fortnight I have lost a kilo to be 71.5kg. I have done this by cutting my portion size, trying not to snack between meals and not eating after 7pm. I hope that I can keep this up :mrgreen: . Question: I want to make some sushi is it OK ?

Well done! 71.5kg was my starting weight so i know where you're at right now.

Sushi is good but not tooooo often cause of the white rice.

Through my 3 months of training i havent touched rice because i was super strict with my diet trying to reach my goal before my holiday which starts tomorrow! hahah, 3kgs away but i feel great ive come so far and will continue.

Ok so my Sydney trip is over and I've reached 64.2kgs - my next weigh in is in 2 weeks time so that whatever damage I did in Sydney will be done and dusted! I would love to lose 4.2kgs by Xmas time and I guess thats where my new goal begins :)

Well done Jodi, that's fantastic!

Sushi is good but as MM said not too much of it because of the rice.....having said that it is definitely a healthier option to a lot of other things out there!! When ever my friends and I are shopping we usually stop in the food court for lunch and I always choose sushi over what they have (macca's, KFC etc).
