I'm an every day person, have been for quite some time. To tell the truth, it's taken it's toll on me very badly... my hormones are all over the shop, I'm having time off work, seeing a specialist, etc, etc. It's all bad!
Great to hear you say that you don't want to overdo it!
Just do what you can. Make sure it's challenging, and up the intensity when it starts getting easy.. but make sure you've got a little gas left in your tank at the end of it. Don't go killing yourself 7 days a week! Let your body tell you when you've done enough or not enough
Also, post workout nutrition. Get on the net and do some research. What you eat in the few hours following your workout makes a big difference to your recovery and your results.
