I'm new to this so didn't really know where to post this but I just had to share this with someone!!
We had a big spread for morning tea at work today and for the first time ever I said NO to all the yummy stuff (cake, chips, party pies and sausage rolls etc.) and all I had was a couple of sakatas and vegie sticks (with no dip may I add!).
I know this is just a really small step but even though I have lost weight in the past I don't think I have EVER said no to morning teas at work before!
Hopefully this time will be different!
