No more sultanas please!!!!!

Hi Guys,
any suggestions for a low fat, cheap snack for munching! No more sultanas (or carrots) please, im turning into one :) :roll:

Starting weight (August 1st 2008)-85kg
Previous weight (December 9th 2008)-76kg
Current weight (December 16th)-74.5kg

The choices are endless- just need to find one thats right for you. Things i have tried and liked are:

Jelly- made up according to packet and slit into small tubs
Rice thins with avocado on top (my fav at the moment)
Weight watches musely bars, i think there are other brands that are less than 100 cal
fruit! should have put that at the top of my list hey, cant go wrong with fruit
ummmm all of a sudden i cant think, oh well am sure someone else will have some ideas.

22/12/08- 80.7kg
29/12/08- 81.8kg
04/01/09- 81.6kg
12/01/09- 81kg
19/01/09- 80kg
09/02/09- 79.3kg
Next goal 75kg

Drain a can of chickpeas, lay them out on a baking tray, sprinkle them with some herbs and spray them with a little oil. Roast until crunchy. VERY yummy and full of protein!

low fat meals are really easy,

forget sultanas, why dont you try sweet potato chips with a little salse

that goes down really well for me, it has lots of vitamins, low gi carbohydrates and fat burning benefits
