The choices are endless- just need to find one thats right for you. Things i have tried and liked are:
Jelly- made up according to packet and slit into small tubs
Rice thins with avocado on top (my fav at the moment)
Weight watches musely bars, i think there are other brands that are less than 100 cal
fruit! should have put that at the top of my list hey, cant go wrong with fruit
ummmm all of a sudden i cant think, oh well am sure someone else will have some ideas.
