DH diet V ww

Postby chucky » Mon Dec 22, 2008 2:41 pm

I just needed your opinions on something.. I had my mind set on joining weight watchers, I dont want to but i thought I had no choice. Now DH has come to me and offered to really help me. He snaps and gets into this get healthy routine of his own and it really works.

So do you think I should take part in his diet first before spending all the money on ww?

His diet basically is eating healthy and excerising..

without knowing what your DH plan is its hard to give an opinion.

But if you eat healthier food and exercise more your bound to lose weight anyway so that's a good plan!!

My opinion would be to give it a go...you've got nothing to lose...well...except weight of course! Maybe give WW a go if this doesn't work or if hubby gives up??

Have you guys tried using Calorie King? Its a brilliant free website that tells you how many calories you should have, how many are in each food, etc. LOTS of us use it - i guess it's the same sort of idea as WW...??

Good luck - let us know how you get on!

Forget no carbs after five, a bit of rice or pasta with your dinner won't hurt your weight loss, as long as it's a sensible amount. Basically don't do anything that isn't sustainable. Don't let something like carbs become 'out of bounds', everything in moderation! Remember, lifestyle change, not diet!
