Yep be strong, stay focused. Think about something that is better for you because you have lost some weight. Keep that in your mind and remind yourself of whatever it is when you feel the need to indulge. I find this really helps me.
Also perhaps smaller meals more often so you don't get as hungry.
Be aware of what you are doing when you get hungry. Could be it is from boredom, stress, anxiety or habit and that you are not really hungy. I found it hard being at the computer when I first changed my eating habits as I used to nibble on chips and chocolate and found myself thinking about going to the shops simply because that was what I had always done. Most of the time I wasn't even hungry.
