slimmin & health Mag

In the January issue there's a 12 month diet motivator.

I've found it a great way to track my goals and where i want to end up at the end of 12 mths. I higly recommend it to all. :D

As a training Exercise Physiologist i think the Slimming and Health Mag is great. Other woman's health mags have just plain rubbish in them, but there is not much in this magazine that i disagree with.
I found the pullout section in the October issue was great, i lost 3kg with it, but then got busy again and put it back on... but anywho... Im a big fan of the mag too!! The January issue is great, i think it has also helped me to decide what i'll do at the end of this year when i finish my university degree!!

I love Slimming and Health Magazine. The recipes are delicious and I like reading the "real life" stories as they are so inspiring. :D

Managed to buy the mag yesterday- looked at 3 different shops as they were all out of stock! Have pulled out the yearly planner and have it close at hand to keep updating.
Still reading through the articles, its a great issue.

I too enjoy this mag, I head out and get it the day it comes out. I also bought the Womens Health mag this month, it's not a bad read but I still prefer Slimming and Health.
