Is there a website i can go to see not only the amount of calories i should be eating to reach my goals, but one that i can enter in the distance of my daily jog and gym activites to get a tough estimate of the calories i am burning?

You can work out your calorie intake and expenditure for various activities
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
