Probably a stupid question but does taking daily multivitams effect your calory intake at all? or are most pills calory free?

Only 1 or 2 calories, depends on which brand. Nothing to worry about :)
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Most are calorie free. Even Berocca, which is quite sweet, has artificial sweeteners so it doesn't add to your calorie count. I can't think of any that would have sugar added to them.

I wouldn't think you're being lazy just because you're taking multivitamins! I take Berocca regularly to keep my B vitamins up. If you're worried you're not getting enough vitamins in your diet it's common sense to take a supplement, nothing to do with laziness!

Oh, forgot to add: congrats on your awesome weight-loss too! Did you use any particular plan or program to achieve those results? You've done really well!

Great effort!!

I take a multivitamin every morning along with fish oil and berocca. I haven't had a problem with weight loss and never count them either.
