Best way yo boost energy lvl's is to have a good high fibre brekky, and eat every 3 hours or so. keeping it healyth of course. I.E. fruit,yoghurt,etc.... ya know, keep it reasonable. As for motivation, take some before and after pictures/measurments. Personally watching the belt size dropping was enough for me. And going from a 4xl shirt down to a 2xl was a massive shot in the arm.
