How is the heat wave effecting everyone. Personally its making things very difficult for me. I wake up at 4am and its already around 35*c. For the past week I havent jogged or gone to the gym. I just dont have the energy when it gets this hot. is anyone else having this problem and if so how are you coping with it? Is there anyway to get the energy levels back up or is it all just a mental thing?
