Ok, im sick of the way i look and feel. I've got 20kg's to go and its time to get off my ass and do it. As of Monday, 3rd of February. No more pepsi max ( my vice ), no more excess sugar. Going to get my 4lts of water each day. And going to make sure my food diary is 100%.
Also going to start my running again. Currently i walk 7k to work and 7k home. I use to also run the same route each night. I think its high time to bring that back in. Wish me luck.
OH! and i'll be out of here in a few months, probably late april early may. BIG NEWS, i finally got down to size where i have been accpeted into the Australian Army, Camp Kapooka here i come!!!!
