Breakfast: All Bran Wholegrain with dried fruit bits mixed in, with Skim milk
Morning tea: low carb, low sugar protien bar, Bannana, peach or necterine or an apple
Lunch : 4 bean salad with tuna ( In spring water )
Afternoon tea : Low carb, low sugar protien bar
Dinner: Wark chicken breast salad or seamed veggies, or subway etc.... something light and full of veggies
I also take betacarotene, which is a Vitam A suppliment, and a multi vitamin. Also i drink about 5-7L of water a day. Just curious on what you guys think about my current meal plan. Im also curious about the second protien bar. It definatly makes me feel fuller for longer but is it doing more damage then good? Even though they are low carb/sugar they are still high in Kj's, aroung 950ish each. A mate of mine is a personal trainer and said that protien is a must when it comes to loosing weight and building that muscle mass.
My exercise is pretty good. 2 7k walks that take about an hour each.I'm trying to get back into jogging as well, but with the heat recently its been hard. Out of the 10k's i was able to do 6 months ago, i can only do about 3-4k atm. well a combination of the heat and the decrease in my cardio since i stopped jogging. <==( Big Mistake ) I also work as a storeman in a supermarket. So I am on my feet running around a storeroom all day lifting bending and stretching for 8hours 5 days a week.
