I'm looking for small and large reward ideas for things like every 2.5kg lost, half way point, goal weight, drinking water everyday, exercising a certain amount of times per week etc etc...
If you've got any ideas I'd really appreciate it. I have written a small list so far, including pedicures and manicures and massages etc...so any other ideas that anyone has would be awesome. Thanks.
