I have the issue that I am great at maintaining my weight, losing it is my issue lol.
I think when your body gets to the size that is suitable it will naturally want to stay at that weight- providing you keep eating right and doing regualr exercise. I have been worried I will use it as an excuse to not exercise or have take away again but I have learnt that healthy eating and regular exercise feels great so wont want to lose that feeling.
I guess if you get to the point your happy with your weight but you keep losing some then you would just add a bit more food into your diet- not go all out and eat junk but introduce some more of the foods you have been avoiding- like maybe some pasta with meals, or mashed potato (i really miss that)
It might just take a bit of time to find the right balance of food and exercise, just like it did to lose the weight.
