my reasons to lose weight. i havent really thought of any so here we go - lets be honest.
1. For my body to show on the outside how hard i actually work at the gym and with my diet every day!
2. Buy a lovely bikini next summer (i have a lovely one now - but i am kidding myself thinking it looks good!)
3. Be as healthy as I possibly can when i choose to start a family
4. To enjoy buying whatever clothes i like!
5. For my family to be proud of me
6. For my body to be the best it can be so when i trek South America it doesnt almost kill me!
There we go - i think i can easily add to these when i sit down and have a good think about it!
