hehe i know shamalir but it's my first real good week back to exercise and diet so i wanted to make it a good one
i've eaten at the lebanese restaurant before, so i guess i should know what food is served.
ok, so a lamb Shish Kebab has 120 calories. 1 piece Kibbi 174 calories. 1 kafta 220 cals. 1 piece of lebanese bread - 242 cals. That's like 700 calories already. So i'm going to have to be careful about this
i don't really want to eat over 400 cals. Maybe i'll drink a glass of skim milk before i leave hehehe
As for the brazilian food i have no idea like Etch says. And right about oils n stuff.
I wish they served soup! it's always the best thing to start with. Although - i do have some lite n easy soups on hand i might eat one before i go out to each restaurant so i don't eat much!! Any other ideas guys?
