Thought it might be interesting to see what a 'typical day' of eating and exercise looks like. I'd definately be interested in what everyone else is up to each day!
8.00am - 20min walk with my two dogs
8.30am - breakfast (1cup Kellog's Just Rite cereal, skim milk), 1 centrum multi-vitamin
1.00pm - lunch (alternating 2 salada with tomato and avocado / wholemeal breadroll with tuna, mayo and salad)
4.30pm - snack (handful nuts & grapes)
5.00pm - 40min dog walk / bike ride
6.30pm - dinner (chicken/fish/lamb with salad / lite n' easy dinner)
Previously my diet consisted of no breakfast and then McDonalds, McDonalds, and occaisionally KFC!
I've only just started so will be tweaking as I go.
