Weight and Kids

Postby CrimsonThunder » Sun Mar 15, 2009 9:31 pm

Something that has always bugged me is kids being unhealthy. Its not their fault entirely I understand that a lot of it is their parents fault.

When I was younger I was never taught about healthy eating or exersize so a thing I want to do in the near future is to make a business that helps kids get exersize, teaches them about healthy eating and being fit.

Does anyone think this is a good idea?

Also I'd have to work out what kind of exersize kids like and can do.

My little cousin said he wants to do boxing.

that's an awesome idea, you could go around to schools and stuff. But i think you'd have to be qualified in some way or have someone qualified working with you.. maybe a course in nutrition or excersise would help
To wish you were someone else is to waste the person you are

When it comes to kids, I'd say it's a matter of making the exercise a game. Basketball and dodgeball are a couple of good sports that come to mind. It not only gives them a good work out, it's fun and promotes team play. I think you idea is awesome, good luck with it.
