Next week i got no soccer training so either I'm going to have to do something, or I'll just be lazy.

So any suggestions on things to do?

What about start C25K? I haven't done it myself but there is lots of discussion on the forum about it.

I think one day I will do it too!

C25K is the abbreviated title for a running plan called 'Couch to 5k'. It's a structured plan to get beginners into running 5km. I can't find a thread here dedicated to it. Here is a link to the Cool Runnings Couch-to-5k page with a running schedule. This site has links to C25K podcasts that you can listen to while running.

Far out 5k! I think I do 2k jog (with a few stops) in soccer training, I'd be stuffed after 5!

Go for a long walk and try and do some hills at the same time its a great workout!
