Will using the cross trainer twice a day at 15 minutes each time be a good work out? Will it still work the same as doing one 30 minute work out? I have a 4 month old and doing 30 minutes in one hit is not do able. I normally walk 30 minutes to 60 minutes at night as well. Is this enough exercise a day? I'm on a 1400ish calorie diet a day. Thank you!!!

Hey carly as a mum of two i have learned that what you can do is best for weight loss. :) last year i lost 50 pounds.

and with a 4 month old i bet your walk is pushing a grumpy baby at witching hour?? lol my two always played up in the afternoon.. which is why i call it witching hour.. :)

good on ya for your efforts to loose wight with a young bub.. its fantastic..
On your journey it doesn't matter how long it takes to reach your destintation . What matters is getting there!

doing 2 lots of 15 minutes is great if thats what works for you :)
