I did the following: Optifast, Optislim, Tony Ferguson, Betty Baxter, Atkins Diet, Southbeach etc...even that damn israeli diet!
I lost weight sure, I even made it really close to my ideal weight...but that was through myself barely eating and exercising about 4 hours a day...I've put it allllll back on and then some though.
Now i'm going the healthy eating and exercise approach, it'll be slower but it will be so much better for me to be able to keep it off in the long run! I'm on day 2 and have already noticed a bit of a difference, my stomach isnt as far out as it was! I'm only game to weigh myself once a week so I dont know for sure, but I think its the right way to go

I'm trying to keep this in mind: If there was a "magic pill" we'd all be at our ideal weights and the world would be fit and healthy!
