Late Night Snacks

Its my worst thing, being up late (like tonight... lol) and getting hungry. Or I'll wake up during the night and I'm hungry. Whats the best food to eat at night? Healthy but filling.

I normally have diet jelly or weight watchers tinned peaches. Low cal and delish :)

Contrary to a lot of advice given re not eating after 7pm, not eating before bed etc. I've encountered quite the opposite from personal trainers and running coaches etc. that it's fine to eat something before bedtime - something protein based that is. Because there will be a long time between dinner and breakfast and your body does a lot of repair work while sleeping. Though I think this is only valid if you do a lot of exercise :)

So anyway, I reckon go for something protein based - a glass of milk, cheese on crackers, nuts, left over meat, a boiled egg...
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

I was going to say low fat cheese on a salada might do the trick.
SW - 71 kg
CW - 65 kg
GW - 58 kg
Weight Loss so Far = 6kgs
Weight to go = 7kgs
