after 4 weeks of not really counting calroies and not watching what i ate i stayed at the same weight, the first week i got back into it i lost 1.3kgs im very very happy
my goal seams very close now, hopefully i can get it done in 6-7weeks!!
i am trying to wait 20-30mins to eat after i feel hungry, i am drinking lots of water inbetween meals, as well as when im eating a meal
last night my OH asked me to put a dress on that i havent worn since october 08, when i wore it it was tight and i had to get someone to do the zip up for me while i tried to think thin... now the zip just goes up really easy and the dress needs to be taken in so i can wear it again!! he didnt realsise how much weight i had lost i dont think. 12.3 kgs lost but he needed something to compare it to, he was surprised!! i am now thinner(by 4ish kgs) than when we met, i cant wait to get to my goal, for both me and him =D
