ok first off put something healthy in your hands...say a herbal tea , then relax ... take a few deep breaths and really tap into why your feeling this way? is it just the depression just getting the better of you or other things as well?? have a big guzzle of water and relook at your night what has really triggered you off? I know this seems kind of sucky looking at the things that make you this way but when you really have a clear view of them then you may see beyond them and be able to see the solutions hiding behind them.
