I am new here I have been on KM for 4 weeks. I did well losing between 1 and 2 kgs every week until this week point 3 was a real disappointment to me, when I thought I had been doing so well. Anyway I thought that I might get some encouragement from other peoples stories so here I am.

Hi again,
Well 10 weeks in and still going strong my Wii is my salvation. I started with Wii fit but now have moved on to Wii active I love it, its more like playing than exercising and my family like to do it with me so they motivate me to. has anyone tried any of the other Wii exercise type games?

hi molly!!!

I have never done KM, but what are the shakes like? are there good variety of flavours?
I always find tho the first few kilos come off easily, then I have a stand still and thats when I give up. this time I didnt. I pushed thru it. every now and then I get a standstill too. and I just push thru and then after a while the kilos come off again.

Hello there, Molly, newbie here!

Nobody, who wanted to cut down on weight, ever missed the experience of frustration and anxiety with each of their program. Even the best trainers might've experienced this kind of thing you're feeling now at least once in their lives!

So hang on, keep doing what you're doing (that is, the good stuff, okay) and you will be rewarded sooner or later.

Hi again,
I actually enjoy the shakes there are heaps of flavours but I tend to stick to the 3 or 4 that I like the most. there are also bars and soups but I haven't tried them yet, I guess I will if I get sick of the shakes. I am eating fruit every day so I find I dont feel hungry and if I do crave some real food I just remind myself I can have it at dinner time so it gives me something to look forward to. I have tried the Atkins diet and many others that restrict carbs and found myself craving things like bread and pasta. But I haven't had that type of craving on the KM plan. I seem to have hit a plateau at the moment though and have lost almost nothing for 2 weeks but I promise I am not going to give up. I am as determined as ever.
