Non-Gym Weight Loss [Im back!]

Yo guys,

It's been a while since I last posted, im now done with uni (which hindered my exercising a bit)...

I weighed myself again... ergh 96kg....

My goal is to walk around 5-6km/day, but are there any guides or documents which outline good forms of exercise (other than walking) that don't require weights or a gym (besides traditional pushups and situps). For example I know Nike do a training drill with a step (which can be emulated with anything else that acts like a step) called the Speedbox drill.....

Weight @ 4/25: 95.2kg
Weight @ 11/6: 96.0kg CRAP!
