It has been a long and difficult few months for me here. Losing two family members within 3 weeks of each other. The exercise regime suffered a little but I managed to keep to my eating portions and eating well.
I have finally made it to my half way point, and I am really starting to feel great about my body!
14 kilos down! 10.8 cms off my bust, 9.5 cms of my waist, 5.5 cms of my hips, 9.5 cms of my thighs
