Hey! Jillian Micheals has a series of dvd workouts that are great, they work you extremely!!! hard for 20 minutes or so. The problem is that I stopped doing them because I started dreading doing it because it hurt and it was really hard (and that was when I was running 5km 4 times a week) hahaha.
I hate the dancing ones too because I am really uncoordinated!
I also have Denise Austin fat blasting yoga, she is abit weird so I play it without the sound but its really great. I definitely notice more muscle tone and weightloss when I do it every day. Most of the exercises arent overly hard and they dont hurt when you do them but you will feel it in your muscles the next day which is good
I know JB hifi has a pretty good workout dvd section so just wait till they have a sale and you can pick most of them up for 10$ or so. I think its really a matter of finding something that suits you. Hope that helps
