I had an omelette made with 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, I stuffed it with 50gms. of mushroom, 50 gms. of zuchinni and 15 gms. of l/f feta with 100 gms each of steamed broccoli, cauli and pumpkin, 1 orange and 1 pear. For dessert I had 1 square of Lindt ginger and 2 jube lollies :) .

wow. i can't even remember all that, and i just read it!

I forget what i had for dinner last night, and i don't know what i'm having tonight.... lol

Were having not sure what they are called. its chicken wrapped in bacon and pasta salad. Bad I know :cry:

My boy cooked me a nice Jalfrezi - a dry Indian curry - with lean beef and tonnes of onion, zucchini, green capsicum and mushrooms...served on brown rice. OOhhh and lots of chilli! Delish! :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Tea for tonight is fish and steamed pumpkin, cauli, broccoli, snow peas, turnip and cabbage and a small piece of fruit cake and a cup of tea for dessert :) .
