Hey everyone,

I recently joined the gym on Friday and Im just wondering how many calories I should be aiming to burn on average. Im planning on going six days a week to both classes and the gym, some days both some days just the gym. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Knowing how many calories you are burining will depend on a few factors. Age, Height and weight will give a basic starting point. From that you go into a defcit to lose body fat. How much of a deficit will depend on how quickly you want to lose the weight.
