But I've still got another hour and a half til lunch... grrrrr. :evil:
Already had my morning snack, figure I'll just start drinking water to try to fill myself up

Good idea :) Just keep sipping on water and lunch time will come up fast enough :)
Some protien can help to make you feel satisfied for longer? What plan are you following?

What I want to achieve:
1st Goal - 10kgs (end of May) - Reward: Wii Fit DONE
2nd Goal - 12.1kg (June 11 - DH's Birthday) - Reward: Reward enough in itself! DONE
3rd Goal - 15kgs (Aug 3 - DS's Birthday) - Reward: My Fitness Coach (Wii Fit) DONE
4th Goal - 20kgs (Mid-October for a wedding) - Reward: New clothes!
5th Goal - 30kgs (Christmas) - Reward: a digi-cam? Not sure.

I managed to survive til lunchtime, had a big bowl of sweet potato soup and now I'm definitely not hungry! :)

I'm not really following a plan, I work away at a mine site on a 8/6 roster and it's quite hard to follow a plan when I have no idea what's for dinner until I walk through the mess door each night! I have a poached egg on wholemeal toast for brekky, muesli bar for a morning snack, vege soup with a breadroll for lunch, fruit for afternoon snack and then dinner is a bit of a lottery! I'm tracking my eating on calorieking, manage to stick to my recommended 1340cal each day (just)!

I usually do a half hour workout on my Wii Active and try to do another 30-45mins on the treadmill in the work gym. When I'm back at home on break I find it easier to eat healthy dinners, but find that I eat more because I have an endless supply of food available - when I'm at work I pack my lunch at camp in the morning, and there's no vending machines or shop on site so if I don't bring any bad food with me, I won't eat it!
