Great idea for a thread, Karin. Good on you for starting it!
As to me... I walked briskly rather than leisurely to and from uni, and to do my errands in the evening.
I entered everything into Calorie King to make sure I was under my calorie limit for the day.
Instead of reaching for the bikkies or wine in the evening, even though I had the spare calories and could justify one or two, I had cucumber slices with bean dip as an evening snack.
Not sure if we're supposed to only list one thing, but I was quite proud of all of these achievements and couldn't choose just one!
