for me, I walked 90mins with my kids. not only was the exercise good, but it was a great positive experience with my kids. :-)

Great idea for a thread, Karin. Good on you for starting it!

As to me... I walked briskly rather than leisurely to and from uni, and to do my errands in the evening.

I entered everything into Calorie King to make sure I was under my calorie limit for the day.

Instead of reaching for the bikkies or wine in the evening, even though I had the spare calories and could justify one or two, I had cucumber slices with bean dip as an evening snack.

Not sure if we're supposed to only list one thing, but I was quite proud of all of these achievements and couldn't choose just one! :lol:

1hour in the gym and an aerobics class :D and il just jump in with tomorrows as i wont be on :wink: balance class and aqua fit class :D

Today I had one spring vegetable cup-a-soup for lunch instead of two which, while not having much impact on my daily calories (they're only 240kJ each), hugely decreased my sodium intake for the day. Actually, this may be a bad thing because it was probably too low in calories but I'll count it as a good thing for one day. Not planning on making a habit out of it, though!

I bought shiritaki noodles from the Japanese supermarket. They're no-carb, low calorie noodles so they are going to make my weekend very weight-loss-friendly.

I'll be having cucumber slices and hommus as an after dinner snack rather than high calorie chips, nuts or real crackers.

Lots of walking as per usual.

I walked junior to and from school, a total of 16 kms., jumped on the wii fit for 1/2 an hour and I may do another 1/2 an hour later tonight. I've drank all 6 glasses of water and stuck to my calorie allowance 8) .

I am being very good with my eating today:
Breakfast was porridge with low-fat soy milk and sultanas.
I had a lunch of salad, kidney beans (tinned, but no added salt) and a fat-free dressing.

I've eaten well, done an hour and a half on the wii fit and now have to make a very quick decision on whether to walk and get junior from school but as it has been raining on and off all day I think the decision will be taken out of my hands.
Hopefully there will be an improvement in tomorrows weather.

the weather has been beautiful today, I did 80mins walking with the twins in the pram :)

Hmmm, one good thing I did today was to start my Food Diary :D I hope that's "good" enouugh!
