Don't rely on Low-Carb / Low-Fat to lose fats !

Postby janelim » Thu Jul 23, 2009 11:42 pm

Hi fellow members,

I would like to share some useful tips on fat loss with you guys..

These are also the main problems which lead to " failure" 99% of weight loss seekers encounter..

So I would like to help more people understand on these problems and of course avoid them right from the start..

Trying to lose weight by burning off those fats need not be tough if You do not need to go through any useless methods..

That's a truth...( I learn it the HARD way previously ..LOL )

1st Fat Loss Tips :

Don't rely on Low-Carb diets

When you are trying to lose weight ( or rather lose fats ) by relying on those Low-Carb diets...

You are actually " depriving " your body of the carbohydrates it need daily too..

This is made worst when You even choose to " skip " meals in order to eliminate Carb intake at all..

When this happens...You feel very weak and don't like to move at all...

That makes You very " sedantary "...and definitely down the fat burning process in Your body !

When You cut down " significantly " on the main energy source ( carbohydrates ) Your body needs for normal operation daily...

This also leads to the eventual breakdown of Your precious lean muscle...

Which is the main factor that determines whether You have a high metabolism or not ..

As You lean muscles begin to break down because there are just not enough carbohydrates for them to sustain it....

Your metabolism also plummet and there's goes Your natural ability to burn fats and excess calories ..

In the process....You would feel very miserable...weak and although You would lose some weight ( from muscles and water )...

You are not happy at all when You look into the mirror as that layer of " fats" are still intact and making You looking so FLABBY !

Most people do not know why this happens....and so they feel very confused and frustrated as a results.

What You should do it NOT to rely on Low-Carb diets at all...

But instead....You should eat more " complex carbohydrates " each day...

And combined it with abit of protein and fruits to make a balanced diet..

Then consuming it every 3 -4 hours throughout the day...

By doing so....it would keep Your blood sugar very stable and You would tend to Binge...

Most importantly...Your metabolism would be increasing and it means soon that layer of ugly fats would be melting away...* smile *

So....never never rely on Low-Card...or try to Skip Carb at all....

Because it simply do not work for long term and would even ruin Your health !

2nd Fat Loss Tips :

Don't go for Low-Fat diets too !

While most people would think that in order to lose fats....

You simply just have to avoid " fats totally and You would lose them too...

Ok...that's pretty much true if You avoid fats from animal ....( skin..etc )

However...most people also tend to rely on the so called " Low Fat " diets too...

If You don't know this yet...

Though some food products can be labeled Low Fat....

But it doesn't meant is it low in calories too...

In order to not sacrifice the taste...

The manufacturing company would normally use flavourin or sauce to spice the taste..

Which means the calories is either the same as " fats counter part " or even more...

So when these fat loss seekers happily consume these low fat diets thinking that they can do it without guilt....

And expect to get some nice fat loss end of the month..

They are normally in for some " negative " surprise ..

Because they would either back to square one....or put on even more weight as they are consuming even more of these low-fat diets in the process!

So do careful about the calories if You are also currently relying on the so called Low-fat diets to help with Your fat loss...

So much for these 2 fat loss tips..

I shall share more in the days to come...

Cheers and best of luck to all...

different things work for different people just because you didnt have success with something doesnt mean its inherantly evil. there is absolutely nothing wrong with watching your carb intake what so ever..........

Yeah, I was tossing up whether to delete it in its entirety. But I figured some of the advice is fine, albeit incredibly biased, so I didn't feel comfortable in passing judgement by deleting it.

How about if I add " emphasis " totally " inappropriately " and " incorrectly " using " double quotation marks " and bizarre " extra " spaces instead?

Don't worry, OTD. If you thought it was a serious post then others may think so as well, so it's a good thing that you responded with a different point of view.
