This is the start of week 6 for me on the Tony Ferguson weight loss plan. In 5 weeks I've lost 7.6kg and 11cm from my waist. This past week there were about 4 days where I didn't drink the required amount of water daily and that obviously really affects the weightloss while on this plan. A loss of 600g is still great but I will definitely remember to drink at least 2lt each day.
