with Jenny Craig a "Serve" of nuts is two teaspoons..or approx 6-8 nuts... that is a "fat serve" so by all means have some nuts they are very good for you but dont go eating a huge handful as they are very high in calories
Hi Sunshine, I keep both in the cupboard all the time. They are a tad high in cals and fat (good fats) but if your cals allow for it then a small handful is good in my eyes. Better than potato crisps or a choccie bar .

Given that a couple of tablespoons probably won't satisfy you as a snack you might want to add some almonds or walnuts to a bowl of chopped fruit. That way you get the taste, plus added vitamins, and not as much fat as if you'd had a handful or so of nuts on their own.
Yes Court that 11am time and then the 3.30pm I start looking in the draws of my desk and hope I have something to snack on thats healthy hehe!
I usually have almonds at my desk and seriously only have about 7 of them but with something else like a pear only because 7 nuts aint gonna cut it.

Ok so my Sydney trip is over and I've reached 64.2kgs - my next weigh in is in 2 weeks time so that whatever damage I did in Sydney will be done and dusted! I would love to lose 4.2kgs by Xmas time and I guess thats where my new goal begins
