That's a great idea Joan. I think that sort of thing is helpful and important to keep the goals in the front of you.
I don't have the scrapbook but an excel spreadsheet which records lots of different info including my goals, achievements, affirmations, reasons etc. I also have my weight training diary there so I know what I am up to and any hints and tips I come across. I also use an exercise and food manager to help track the calories. I find these things work for me and of course the wonderful support and information on here.
