i was thinking about joining weight watchers and was wondering if anyone has any advice as to whether or not it is worth it?

Hi Joan, each time I had a baby I went to a weight watchers group and got back to my normal weight.
They are great for motivation and give out some really good tips (that you could even share with us if you wish) Image

thanks, i was thinking that i could share them if i went.... it sounds like a good idea, i am going to drag my sister along.... she just had a baby so im sure it will be good for her too

Hi Joan,

I recommend WW....Have been on it once and I lost about 10kgs. The great thing about it is that it still gives you the choice to eat out, etc so you don't have to completely compromise your life style. You can still eat most things as long as you stay withing your points total for the day. Points really equate to "calories" or "kilojules". I remember the meetings being worthwhile too as you got to talk to other people that are in the same boat. Give it a try if you are looking for something to get you started....

that sounds like a good idea :D... my cousin has lost alot of weight on weight watchers... so i thought it wouldn't be bad to try it
