i discovered this today while i was trying to think of what to have for lunch tomoro..
a can of red kidney beans
a can of chickpeas
3/4 a cup of cous cous and half a can of crushed tomatoes...
cook the cous cous normally and then add all the other stuff and heat.. its really yummy
