Yesterday was the start of week 7 for me on this plan and although I had a bad week last week (pea & ham soup, hot chips, scone with jam & cream), I'm still losing weight and still feeling great.
In 6 weeks, I've lost 8kg and 12cm off my waist. People close to me are starting to notice it now, which is always encouraging. My skin looks heaps better, my nails are stronger and my baby tummy is finally starting to shrink with stretch marks fading quite a bit too.
Unfortunately, I haven't started walking as hoped this week, because it has been terrble weather but as soon as I get a fine patch, I'll be out there with hubby and son, walking again to tone those nasty parts.
My parents-in-law are now going to join up on the program too, which is great.
By Christmas this year I am to have lost the total of 25kg and be at my goal of 68kg. I can't wait to feel comfortable in my own skin and feel like a 26 year old again.
A huge thank you to all of you who consistently offer advice, encouragement and support. Without you guys, I know I wouldn't have had the success I have had during the last 6 weeks.
