hi there welcome to the forum,
My journey has really been in three parts;
The first stage was using the wii fit and just watching what I ate,
The second stage I used Celebrity Slim
The third stage (now) im exercising 6days a week at the gym and just generally eating healthy, im also using relaxation tools and I can honestly say im in a really great place right now both mentally and physically.
