How did you lose weight??

if you have lost weight, I was just wondering how you did it.

I'm new here and are committed to exercising but are unsure on what to eat, any help with diet tips/plans would be much appreciated.

hi there welcome to the forum,

My journey has really been in three parts;

The first stage was using the wii fit and just watching what I ate,
The second stage I used Celebrity Slim
The third stage (now) im exercising 6days a week at the gym and just generally eating healthy, im also using relaxation tools and I can honestly say im in a really great place right now both mentally and physically.

My biggest bit of advice is to check out http://www.calorieking.com.au this is a fantastic tool for anyone wanting to lose weight or just looking at a more healthy lifestyle. Best of luck to you.

I am about mid way through my weight loss journey - though I think the last half will be much easier! I have lost over 30kg (and 5 whole dress sizes) with Paul McKenna's I Can Make You Thin program since November 2008. I have also been exercising, mostly walking and recently doing lean muscle building with a personal trainer.
I never thought I would witness the destruction of a Universe whilst carrying a naked merchant banker...
