Anything and everything concerning weight loss.
I am really confused.. Ok so I was under the impression that 1 calorie = 4.16 kj's but how come if you look for a calorie to kilojule calculator on google it goes the other way? I.e. it seems that a kilojule has a higher energy value than a calorie which i know is not right? Not that I need it as a know how to calculate it myself but it is still annoying me!!

I think you have it right! A kilojoule is a smaller unit to measure energy than a calorie, so 1 calorie is equal to about 4 kilojoules. This is the same amount of energy. Its sort of like 100cm is the same lenght as 1metre.
