Losing motivation

Postby Carley » Sun Aug 30, 2009 9:08 am

I feel really bad for this but lately I feel like I am losing motivation. I've been trying to lose weight since the start of year and now I feel tired. I still want to lose weight, I love knowing I'm getting healthier. I need some motivation to keep going, a good kick up the butt!!! It's one of those weeks where I'm in the mentality of 'why bother?' Not a great attitude! So feel free to kick my butt.......now!
Goal for 2016:

One big butt kicking coming your way  .

You have already done so well it would be crazy to ruin the hard yards you have already done and you are so close to your goal, now is not the time to be giving in.

Good luck :D .

The only thing that can really motivate you are results. So, keep trying, don't give up and when you see some progress everything will become more optimistic.

I am feeling the same as you...have been seriously trying to lose weight from Feb 2010 at 90ish Kg - I am sick of being the person trying to lose weight...I am sick of having to think about energy going in and coming out!

I am no 69.4 Kg and stuck here and cant seem to be motivated to keep going...

I have given myself 2 weeks to get out of this rut...if I cant get motivated in those two weeks then I am going to change my focus, stop trying to lose weight and just aim to be fit and healthy.

Keep going, I will if you will...leyts make a promise to stick to it for another 2 weeks and if you are still un motivated change things up?

Look how far you've come judging by the stats in your signature. That's so inspiring to me. Thanks!
By asking for a kick up the butt you've given me one!

For those who are losing motivation.
