I agree with Dolly and all the things I have read on weight loss look for Â½ - 1 kg per week (1-2lbs for those non-metric ppls) as being healthy and maintainable weight loss. I think a lot of the get slim quick ideas have to promote this for book sales, video sales etc as people donâ€™t want to here â€œEffort and hard work will get you the body you want in just 12 months!â€ Crikey, we would all run in the other direction but thatâ€™s exactly what it takes effort, hard work, staying motivated to eat right and keep on top of your exercise program. I had some big jumps in weight loss in the early weeks and then settled into a routine of averaging a kilo a week. As I get closer to goal I expect this to drop off some and if it stops altogether then a change is needed as my body has adapted to what I am doing.
Having said that (hehe I always do this), if it works for you then so be it. You are the only one this will affect so find what is right for YOU.
